By accessing or using What I Am Watching (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and users of our mobile application.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may not create more than one account per person or create accounts on behalf of others.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Distribute spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service ("User Content"), including posts, reviews, ratings, comments, and profile information. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaim any liability arising from it. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.

Movie and TV show data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) via their API. This service uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All content metadata, images, and ratings are owned by their respective rights holders.

The mobile application may send push notifications to your device. You can manage or disable notifications at any time via your device settings. By enabling notifications, you consent to receiving alerts about activity related to your account.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content and third-party data), features, and functionality are owned by What I Am Watching and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content on the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, What I Am Watching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
